Rani Ghosh is a Registered Toxicologist with 15 years of experience across cosmetics, skin health, medical devices and regulatory science.
Having worked across industry, government and professional bodies, she helps organisations navigate decisions where science, regulation and reputation intersect. Her expertise spans product safety, evidence strategy, clinical study design, claims substantiation, regulatory risk and crisis management.
Rani has built her career across toxicology, product safety and regulatory science roles within organisations including Estée Lauder Companies, GlaxoSmithKline and the Australian Government. She currently serves as a Trustee of the British Toxicology Society, an Assessor for the EU/UK Register of Toxicologists (ERT/UKRT) and a Registered Specialist to the UK Government's Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).
She is regularly invited to contribute to industry education, scientific advisory groups, professional training and media commentary, helping translate complex science into practical decision making.
